Helen Serbes

Helen Serbes passed away peacefully on December 15, 2018. Helen loved and was always very proud of her family. She was married to the late Louie Serbes, her devoted husband of 54 years. Always the life of the party, Helen loved to laugh, listen to music, dance and play cards with her family and friends. Besides her home, the casino was her happy place. She will be forever loved and missed by all who knew her.

She is the loving mother of Chris, Nicholas (Carolyn) and Joann (Anthony). Dear sister of Dino and Pauline. Cherished grandmother of Nicole, Jessica, Jeanine and Lauren. Fond great-grandmother of Blake and Emerson.  Visitation will take place at the Martin Hughes Funeral Home Monday, December 17th from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Her funeral mass will be on Tuesday, December 18th at Three Heirarchs Church,1724 Avenue P in Brooklyn at 10am.
