Lisiana Figueroa

Lisa was our beloved wife, daughter, mother, sister and aunt. Throughout her life,  she had touched so many hearts and inspired us to live our best lives. Her life can be compared to a sunflower, always blooming and blossoming. She strived for success even through her toughest times. In short, she was a warrior. She had a drive to get where she needed to be and there was no stopping her. Lisa set examples and created paths for so many people she came in contact with. One piece of advice she passed along was  to be a person for others. She was a fighter to the very end, the strongest person who never let anything or anyone get in her way especially her cancer. Lisa will always be remembered in our hearts. The lessons taught and memories shared should, and will be cherished. As Lisa would say: I am blessed, I am grateful, I am loved.

Please join us in celebrating the life of our beloved Lisa, on Friday at the Martin Hughes Funeral Home, 530 Narrows Rd S. Staten Island, NY from 5 to 9pm. Saturday there will be a funeral mass at Immaculate Conception Church, at 128 Targee Street, Staten Island, NY at 11:30am.
