Beloved husband, father and grandfather Rogelio B. Cusi, passed away on the evening of Thursday 14th November, 2019. A memorial mass will be held on Friday 22nd November at 11am at St. Sylvester’s RC Church in Staten Island. Rogelio (Roger) Cusi was born in Batangas, Philippines to Higino and Aurelia Cusi on September 4th, 1939. Roger attended school in Batangas and was a graduate of De La Salle University. Roger married Leonisa (Baby) deLeon on January 10th, 1971 in the Santuario de San Jose, Rizal. Roger and Baby moved to the United States and began their family, having two children Annalisa and Raymond. Roger worked as a Loan Operations Officer for The Bank of Montreal and also Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank. Roger was a loving man, with a joyous smile, full of mischief and jokes for anyone in his company. He will be deeply missed. Rogelio B. Cusi is survived by his loving wife Leonisa Cusi, his children Annalisa Cusi Baker and Raymond Cusi and his two grandchildren Ellie and Fiona Baker. Roger supported The Cardinal’s Appeal and his family support the American Heart Association for anyone who wishes to make a donation in his name.
