William Francis Heuser

William Francis "Billy" Heuser passed away after a brief illness on August 31, 2019. Billy was born on Staten Island and after graduating high school served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam Era.

After his discharge from the Navy Billy became an operating engineer working with Local 14 & 14 B.  He once again  answered his countries call as a first responder after the attack on the United States on September 11, 2001.

Billy enjoyed playing chess, doing construction, but most of all watching his grandchildren.

Billy is survived by his loving daughter Kristen and he is the adored grandfather of Nicholas and Kaitlyn. He is the cherished brother of Jerome, Michael, Reginald, Charlie, Barbara, Karen, Gina, Diane, Kathy and Marion.
