Deceased - Angelo (Ang) Dominic Massa - 1944 – 2025
Occupation -- Mail Carrier, Memorex. Nassau Smelting & Refinery Co. Production & Distributors for Nickers
International LTD., Security / Doorman for Sunrise Towers Condo., AAA drivers ed & Driving Instructor.
During his upbringing he was involved in St Rocco Cadets and bugle corps. which he followed throughout his
life watching them perform on U-Tibe.
His past time love was Photography- taking pictures and developing them, keeping a sharp mind doing
crossword puzzles and solitaire, He loved watching his Mets team. Win or lose, he never gave up on
supporting them.
Angelo was Predeceased by both Parents – Michael & Marie Massa. Sister - Marigrace Cavassa (Frankie)
Brother – Dominic Massa. Nephews – Michael Massa. & Dominic Dell’Anno & Father-in-law – Joseph Vasta.
Survived by his wife Josephine (Vasta) Massa. They had cerebrated 43 plus years together on 11-27-2024, The
years, the memories the endless strong love we have for each other will continue forever says his wife. The
last words spoken from Angelo to his wife in conversation was – Death won’t separate us for I am taking your
love / heart with me while I wait for you to join me.
Angelo also survived by his Son Michael J. Massa & Daughter Josephine (Massa) Deluca (Carl).
Loving Grandchildren – Julia, Emily, Isabella & Mathew
Loving Uncle to Christine, Kayden, Marrietta, Peter & Maura. Fran & Anthony, Mitchele & Waly & their
Families
Cherished Cousin to Jerry. Vickie, Concetta & the list goes on.
Angelo wanted everyone he had contact with to know how much he loved each one of you, that the
memories, the love he cherished with you all will forever be etched in his heart.
He was an amazing Son-in-law who could never do enough for us, and he will truly be missed says his
mother-in-law Helen Vasta along with his sister-in-laws Lisa, Denise & Brother-in-law Eddie.
Family was his focal legacy, whatever he did he gave it 100%. He always tried his best to be there and get
involved in our activities as well as participating in Ju Jitsu where he earned a green belt, we will truly miss his
conversations, laughter and his wise advice. He was the light of our family, and we will truly miss him, says his
son Michael and daughter Josephine.
Angelo had a huge heart if you were Family or Friends, he loved everyone equal.
Angelo also survived by David, Donna, Steven & Angelo as well as many Grandchildren and Great
grandchildren from his past relationships before meeting his current wife.In lieu of flowers the family requests donations for the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
