It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved sister, cherished aunt, and long time companion. Christine went home to her Lord and Savior on May 19, 2026.
Christine is survived by two siblings, Bob Minucci and Jeanette Minucci, Dorothy Reilly Palazzola and Paul Minucci who have predeceased her as well as her parents, Kathleen (Butler) Minucci and Paul Minucci.
She will be greatly missed by her long time companion Joseph Ostrowski, along with her many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Born on Staten Island, Christine lived in Rosebank, Dongan Hills, and Concord before moving to Manchester, New Jersey. She was a woman of many talents and passions, having graduated from the Wilfred Beauty Academy as a hairdresser and later earning her bachelor's degree as a Registered Nurse from Staten Island College. She dedicated 25 years of service to the South Beach Psychiatric Center and the Arthur Kill Correctional Facility before her retirement.
Outside of her professional life, Christine traveled extensively, exploring Europe, Hawaii, the Caribbean, and enjoying numerous cruises. She was a vibrant soul who loved dressing up for dances and holiday festivities, particularly at the Labetti Post. Her infectious laugh, creative spirit, and kind heart brought joy to every gathering she attended.
In more recent years, she devoted her time to her cherished cats, Sassy and Gracie. A wonderful "cat Mom," she cared for many fur babies throughout her life with great love.
Christine will be deeply missed and remembered by her large circle of family and friends. She was truly a blessing to all who knew her.
