Denise Tarantino Obituary

In Loving Memory of Denise Ann Tarantino (née Bologna)

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Denise Ann Tarantino, who was called home too soon on December 7, 2024. Born in Brooklyn, NY, Denise brought joy and warmth to everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Denise was the cherished daughter of the late Vincent and Angelina Bologna and is reunited in peace with her predeceased brother, Ronald. She leaves behind her devoted husband of 49 years, Patrick, her loving son James, and her treasured grandson Tony, whose lives she filled with endless love and laughter. Denise is also survived by her dear sister Cynthia, her brother-in-law Michael, her sister-in-law Jean, nephew and godson Andrew and many cherished cousins and friends.

A proud graduate of Heffley and Brown with a degree in Business, Denise built a successful career as an Executive Secretary, contributing her talents to AFIA Insurance Company and later to Maimonides Hospital. Her dedication and professionalism were matched only by her kindness and grace.

Denise had a vibrant personality and a passion for life's simple pleasures. She found joy in brunches with her friends, indulging in shopping sprees on QVC, and spending cozy evenings enjoying classic films on AMC. She will be deeply missed by her friends at Seaview Rehabilitation and by the compassionate staff of the 5th floor, whose lives she touched with her warmth and humor.

To Denise, family was everything, and her love and generosity will live on in the hearts of those she left behind. This is not goodbye but a promise to meet again in that mansion in the sky.

Denise, you are forever in our hearts. Rest peacefully until we are reunited.
