Born in Panama on September 1, 1941, Dino was the eldest of ten siblings. His love for his homeland remained with him throughout his life and was evident in the pride with which he spoke of his country. As a teenager, he courageously served as a Panama Canal diver, undertaking one of the most demanding and dangerous occupations of the time. His service beneath the waters of one of the world's greatest engineering marvels stood as a lifelong testament to his extraordinary strength, fearlessness, and determination. It was only one of many remarkable chapters in a life filled with unforgettable stories, quiet heroism, and remarkable resilience.

While Dino's accomplishments were many, the role he treasured above all others was that of father. His greatest pride and deepest joy was his beloved daughter, Dyna, with whom he shared a loving home for many years. Together they built a life filled with laughter, cherished memories, and unconditional love, alongside their faithful companions, Rita and Douglas, whose companionship brought Dino immeasurable happiness throughout the years.

Dino's love for Dyna knew no bounds. He was her protector, her greatest source of encouragement, and her steadfast guide through every stage of life. He celebrated her successes, stood beside her through life's challenges, and loved her with every ounce of his heart. The bond they shared was one of profound devotion and will forever remain one of the defining blessings of his life.

A man of deep and abiding faith, Dino faithfully served as an usher at St. Joseph's Parish, where he warmly welcomed parishioners, participated in church activities, and attended Mass regularly for many years. His church community became an extension of his family, and his quiet acts of service reflected the kindness and humility that defined his character.

Above all else, Dino will be remembered not only for his extraordinary courage, strength, and resilience, but also for the gentleness of his spirit, the generosity of his heart, and the genuine compassion he extended to everyone he encountered. He had an extraordinary ability to make others feel valued, welcomed, and loved, leaving an indelible mark on all who were fortunate enough to know him.

Although his family grieves the loss of a remarkable man, they find comfort in knowing that Dino has been reunited in eternal peace with his beloved dogs, Rita and Douglas, whose loyal companionship brought him so much happiness throughout his life.
