Elaine Fox Obituary

Elaine Ann Litke Johnson Fox sadly passed away on November 18, 2022. She is survived by her husband
Todd along with sons James (Nicole), David (Lynda) and a daughter Melanie. She was predeceased by
her beloved daughter Christine. She also leaves behind grandchildren Nico, Sergio, Alexa and Maisey.
She is also survived by her brother Ralph Litke and sisters Jeanne Ernst and Lauren Johnson Cruz.
She was such a special person with a zest for life and living it to the fullest. She made friends easily and if
you were her friend it was for life. Elaine was a loving wife, a great mom, a loving grandmother and a
loyal friend to many.
Born and raised in Grasmere, Elaine was a NDHS graduate and a member of the Cameron Club for many
years. She worked for various shipping companies as an Import Intermodal Specialist and particularly
loved working in the World Trade Center until just prior to 9/11.
Elaine loved to sing and dance and for many years she sang in the Trinity Lutheran Church choir. She was
an amazing cook and baker who loved puttering around in her kitchen dreaming up new concoctions.
She loved watching her fish and also had a green thumb often bringing back to life plants that others
had long given up on.
Elaine was a unique and vibrant soul who left a lasting impression on everyone who was lucky enough to
come into her sphere of influence. She will be missed by all who made her acquaintance and forever
loved by all who knew her.
