It is with deep love and sorrow, we announce the passing of Frances Orlando, a devoted mother,
grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, who passed away peacefully on June 30, 2025, at the age of 84.
Born on September 3, 1940, Frances lived a life filled with compassion, strength, and grace. She was the
heart of her family—a steady, nurturing presence whose wisdom and warmth left a lasting impression on
everyone who knew her.
Frances was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Anthony, with whom she shared many beautiful
years. Together, they built a home full of love, laughter, and lasting memories.
She is survived by her two loving daughters, Donna & Jodi, who were her pride and joy, and her
cherished grandson, Joseph, who brought endless light into her life. Frances was also a welcoming
mother-in-law, whose support and kindness extended beyond her immediate family.
She is remembered with love by her three sisters and two brothers and is reunited in peace with her
dearly missed parents and brother who preceded her in death. Frances was also a beloved aunt, whose
generosity, humor, and unwavering love touched the lives of her nieces and nephews over the years.
To know Frances was to know kindness, resilience, and a deep and abiding love for family. Her legacy
will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind and in the countless lives she touched through her
warmth and care.
A memorial service to celebrate Frances’s life will be held Sunday July 6th, 2025, from 3pm-7pm at the
Martin Hughes Funeral Home.
Frances Orlando will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever in our hearts.
