Jeannette Boffa Pucciarelli passed away on April 15, 2023. She is survived by her son James Pucciarelli, daughter (and Son-in-Law) Janine and Paul Prekeris, and three grandchildren James,Justin & Jessica. Jeannette was born in Staten Island and resided there her entire life. Before raising her children, she was employed at NY Telephone as a Switchboard Operator, worked her way to Long Distance Operator, then Supervisor. Later she became a Home Attendant for Stella Orton Home Health Care Agency and created very warm relationships with all her clients. Her biggest career, however, was Homemaker and Mother, which she performed with much love and patience. She was a chef, housekeeper, event planner, seamstress, chauffeur, gardener, painter, and artist. Jean had many friends and hobbies, among them bowling, ceramics, jigsaw puzzles, crossword puzzles, kept a multitude of thriving house plants, and played a mean game of scrabble.Everyone who knew her was privy to her wonderful sense of humor. No slip on a banana peel ever escaped her laughter. She will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and laughter.
