Joseph Ancona Obituary

Joseph Ancona passed away on June 22, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Brooklyn in 1967, but Staten Island became his forever home.

Joseph was a hard worker and a devoted family man. He was a sports fan who enjoyed collecting baseball cards and watching ball games on TV. Another sport he enjoyed immensely was eating! He was the biggest foodie! He delighted in enjoying good food with good friends and family. Now and then after partaking in a good meal he also would like to indulge in a good cigar. It was the little things, the simple pleasures that made him happy. On the very top of his list of loves was his family. Spending time with his wife Kelly and his two children, son Lucas and daughter Sophia was the thing he enjoyed most in life. He will be so missed by so many!!!

Joseph was brother to Paula Iocco; Brother-In-law to Frankie Lucchese, Ann Marie Lucchese, Denise Lucchese and Tony & Lisa Cafaro; Son-In-law to Regina Lucchese; Uncle to Tony Iacco, Theresa Iacco, Amanda Stair and the late Vincent Lucchese; cousin of Joseph, Lenny and James Tartamella.

Joseph you are loved deeply and missed terribly by us all. Rest in peace...until we meet again.
