Juan Marcial was born 1949 in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. On September. 30th 2022 he passed away at Staten Island University North at the age of 73.
He came to Staten Island when he was 16 years old and began cutting hair for a living and providing for his family here and back in Puerto Rico. As a barber he loved his trade. He was very skillful with his scissors and was especially fond of cutting kids hair because he had the love and patience to make them comfortable. He had many lifelong clients because he had hands of gold. He was a barber for over 50 years.
Family was extremely important to him and he took pride in providing and spending time with his loved ones. He had personal and intimate relationships with his sons, daughter, grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
The individual that really brought out the best in Juan was his present loving wife Norma. She took him to church and he was converted, giving his life to Jesus as his Lord and Savior transforming his life forever.
Juan was always kind, caring, pleasant and at times a prankster. He loved attending bbq's, and especially parties so he could display his dancing skills. He had multiple hobbies which included, playing dominoes, fishing and most importantly watching his NY Mets. Win or lose he remained a faithful Mets fan. Let's go Mets! Oh, let me not forget his greatest hobby, feasting at Red Lobster. His favorite platter was the ultimate feast.
No words can describe how much we will miss you. We love you so very much!
