Manuel Rodriguez Obituary

In Loving Memory of Manuel

Manuel was born in 1955 in the vibrant Bronx, New York. From an early age, he demonstrated a profound commitment to both his family and his community. He attended and graduated from Dewitt Clinton High School and went on to earn his Bachelor’s degree from Bronx University. As the eldest sibling, he shared a special bond with his two sisters, Migdalia (deceased) and Elizabeth.

Manuel was the proud father of five remarkable children: his three beautiful daughters, Jessica, Neisha, and Gabriela, and his two handsome sons, Manuel Jr. and Brandon. His legacy of love and devotion extends to his five cherished grandchildren: Elijah, Messiah, Makayla, Kimberly, and Myrical.

His dedication to service was unparalleled. Manuel served in the United States Army for over 30 years, demonstrating extraordinary bravery and commitment during three tours in Iraq. His sense of duty also led him to a distinguished career with the NYPD, where he retired as a Detective in June of 1998.

Manuel's impact on the lives he touched is immeasurable. He will always be remembered for his unwavering strength, his love for his family, and his remarkable contributions to his country and community.

He will never be forgotten. We love you, Dad/Grandpa.

Rest in peace, Manuel. Your legacy lives on in our hearts.
