Patricia Tarsio Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Patricia Tarsio, a beloved native of Staten Island, who departed this world on March 5th, surrounded by her cherished friends and family. Patricia's journey began in the heart of West Brighton, where she was born to the loving embrace of Charles and Joan Braine. A proud alumna of Susan Wagner High School, she embraced education as a cornerstone of her life.

In the gentle arms of her beloved husband, Patrick, Patricia found solace and joy. Together, they built a home in Tottenville, where their love flourished and created lasting memories. Patricia's nurturing spirit found its calling in childcare, a profession she embraced with boundless love and dedication. The children under her care were not just recipients of her warmth but were touched by her kindness, forming bonds that lasted a lifetime.

Three years ago, Patricia embarked on a new chapter, relocating to Punta Gorda, Florida, to be closer to her beloved sisters.

Patricia is survived by her brother Charles Braine (Addie LaPiedra), and sisters Diane Flor, Joanne James(Joseph Mayer). She was the loving aunt of Robert James (great nephew Robert Michael James), Nicole Shepherd (Matt), Suzy Barrett and wonderful care giver and friend Bonnie LaVorgna.

Patricia was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Patrick, her mother Joan Nardilla, her father Charles Braine, and her stepfather, James Nardilla. While she may have departed this earthly realm, her memory lives on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to have known her.

As we gather to bid farewell to Patricia, let us remember her gentle spirit, her unwavering love, and the countless lives she touched. May she find eternal peace in the arms of her loved ones who have gone before her.
