Victoria Ann (Hemphill) Ruffo

Victoria Ann Ruffo, 81 of Staten Island, NY passed away Sunday, March 16, 2025 at her home. She was born January 23, 1944 in Dumas to the late Elbert and Gladys E. Ludlam Hemphill. She was of the Baptist faith, a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, serving as a telegraphic typewriter operator during the Vietnam Conflict, and was a retired school aide for the New York Board of Education PS13. She was a member of the Arkansas Motorcycle ABATE Chapter 18, loved reading, watching tv, arts and crafts, and spending time with her family.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Aaron Ludlam.

Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Robert Ruffo of Staten Island, NY; son, Thomas Ruffo and wife Carla Howe-Ruffo of Northridge, MI; daughter, Annette Ruffo of Staten Island, NY; and many extended family and friends.
